Returns and Cancellation Policy

Attention

We have a 14 day return policy from date of shipment for non clothing items which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return.

 

Please Note:

All returns have a £10 admin charge with the returns fee also being at the customers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging, unopened.

Items being returned with any sign of being worn are classed as unacceptable due to Hygiene reasons

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that were damaged or defective, we will refund. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Items being returned for incorrect fit or accidental purchase will not be accepted so please read the measurement charts carefully!

Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellations before orders have been shipped are not normally permitted however if the stock levels are low and being replenished there can be exceptions

Any orders being cancelled before order has been shipped where eligible will be liable for a £10 handling and admin charge and the balance refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photographic proof whenever possible.

If our quality control team is agreement we will move on the next step and provide you with a special address for returns only.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all clothing to be worn against the skin, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

Shipping Option or Return Items:

When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method. 

If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.

Shipping Duration for Return Items:

Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
